Cyclone powder separator — Product principle

The grading room of cyclone powder concentrator is a cylindrical shell which is made of steel plate. In this room, the small fan blade is fixed on the vertical axis together with the feeding plate and rotates under the driving force of motor through belt driver, and a strong centrifugal force is generated. Among the gas-powder mixtures, large or heavy particles will be thrown to the edge of the grading room and fall naturally without the influence of centrifugal force, and then will be discharged through coarse powder pipe; while small or light materials will hover in grading room and be carried aloft and move into the next component along with the pipeline for classifying.
