Disc pelletizer — Product application

It is mainly used in cement, copper-iron and fertilizer industry. Generally, it is applicable to smaller scale fertilizer production of medium and low concentration.

Disc pelletizer — Product principle

The pan revolves at a certain angle with the horizontal plane driven by the motor through reducer. The powder will rise along with the revolving pan and become grains under the function of three forces after adding water. Grains will roll automatically when they reach the required size.
